Based on Governor Spitzer's Executive Order No. 3, the NYPSC will cover costs for NewYorkAdmin (Admin) to provide citizen access to its webcasts. Entities with economic interest in matters before the Commission (i.e. regulated entities, law/consulting firms, financial institutions, etc.) are still required to offset costs with subscriptions. These paid subscriptions also provide additional features citizen passcodes do not, including the ability to view the edited video clips for each agenda item, allowing you to go directly to the discussion of your item of interest in an archive, and the ability to send such clips to constituents via email. These features are only available using RealPlayer. Please contact Admin to establish service. If you have used Admin's subscription service in the past, your passcode is still active.
