Issues with new version of RealPlayer (v14)
Windows Users: there are known issues with the newest version of RealPlayer v14. We recommend that you uninstall RP v14 and install the previous version - RealPlayer SP.
Common issues:
--RealPlayer doesn't launch when clicking video links
--RealPlayer launches but it says "Connecting" and never loads the video
